How does the Reservation and Rental process work?

 

{Minimums}

There is no minimum rental requirement at Farm & Filigree; rent one silver tray for Sunday brunch, a few cake stands for a photo shoot, or dozens of pieces to outfit an entire event!

{Reserving Your Items}

You can view some of our  rental inventory online by visiting the “Inventory” page of our website or by visiting our cottage by appointment. Once you have selected the items for your event or project, please select the items you want from the Rental Inventory drop-down and click “Inquire.”  Then submit this form with all of your requests.  After receiving the items you are interested in, we will send you a confirmation and contract for your reserved rental items.

{Delivery}

Delivery and set up is available for all rentals. Your cost is based on how many pieces are rented and how far the delivery site is from Cedar Grove, NC.  Delivery and set up is also available beyond the Triad/Triangle area.  When you opt to have F & F deliver your items, we will gladly load and unload all items as part of our delivery and set-up service at a pre-determined, single location at your venue site (specific placement of items available for an additional charge). Cost of this service is based on distance to venue and time required and will be included in our customized quote if desired*.

You are always welcome to pick up rental items yourself  (with the exception of very large or fragile pieces which require delivery by Farm & Filigree staff).

{Payment}

A non-refundable 50% down payment is required to reserve your chosen pieces for your event date. The balance of your order is due in full
14 days before your event date.  A security deposit equaling 50% of your total rental must be submitted with your final payment. When all items are returned/picked up in same condition as at time of delivery/ pick up, F&F will return the check within 7 business days.

{Damages}

Responsibility for loss or damage of all items from the time they leave our showroom until they are returned is the responsibility of the renter. ***

{Styling Services}

Love the vintage look but unsure how to incorporate it into your event? We do offer styling services at the event to help make your vintage dreams a reality.

{Custom Requests}

Is there a vintage item you want to rent  that isn’t part of our inventory yet? Just contact us with your request.  We are always happy to search for & find just the right vintage & antique pieces for our customers!

Child, that’s easy as apple pie!   Just click “Inquire” for each Rental Inventory item you’d like and click “View Quote” to request a quote.  We will contact you shortly about availability and pricing.  After we receive your deposit… your items are reserved for your event date faster that you can say”Yee-ha”!.
